Conference dinner on Monday 17 April (places are limited and will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis)

Confirmation of registration

You will receive an email confirming your registration within 48 hours of submitting the online registration form. If you do not receive this communication, please contact: acceurope@judylaneics.com

Cancellation/substitution of registration

Delegates cancelling their registration should do so in writing to acceurope@judylaneics.com

Cancellations received by 5 March 2023 will receive a refund of the fees paid less a €95 (plus VAT) administration charge. No refunds will be made after this date. Eligible registration substitutions from the same organisation, will be allowed without penalty, if notification is received, in writing to acceurope@judylaneics.com, prior to the start of the event.

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
