Lunch and coffee breaks on Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 April
Conference dinner on Monday 17 April (places are limited and will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis)
Cancellations received by 5 March 2023 will receive a refund of the fees paid less a €95 (plus VAT) administration charge. No refunds will be made after this date. Eligible registration substitutions from the same organisation, will be allowed without penalty, if notification is received, in writing email@example.com, prior to the start of the event.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
